What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for different product lines?
MOQ varies by product category and customization level: 1) Bubble Wands: 1,000 to 2,000 pcs per style for smaller sizes (11cm–27cm), and 500 to 1,000 pcs for large/specialty sizes (37cm–52cm); 2) Bubble Solutions: 1,000 to 5,000 bottles/pouches; 3) Novelty Candies: 5,000 pcs per style. Small-batch trial orders and mixed-container shipments are negotiable for initial partnerships.
Do you provide comprehensive OEM & ODM customization services?
Yes, OEM and ODM are our core strengths. We offer: custom plastic colors and handle styling, private label brand printing, retail packaging design (display boxes, blister cards, header cards, gift tins), custom bubble wand lengths/molds, and custom candy flavors, shapes, and net weights.
Can you provide samples before placing an official order? What is the sample lead time?
Yes. Standard existing samples are provided free of charge, with express freight collect (or paid via PayPal/credit card). Customized samples with client logo or bespoke colors are typically prepared within one month with nominal proofing cost (refundable upon reaching order volume thresholds).
What is the typical production lead time and export delivery capability?
For regular repeat orders and in-stock packaging specifications, dispatch can be arranged within 7–10 days. For full OEM mass production orders, standard lead time is 15–25 days upon deposit confirmation and artwork approval. We maintain dedicated export warehousing and smooth logistics connections for sea (FCL/LCL), air, and multimodal freight.
How do you ensure bubble wand leak-proofing during international shipping?
Leak prevention is critical for liquid toy export. All our bubble wands and refill bottles utilize upgraded inner precision threads, food-grade airtight rubber gaskets, high-torque sonic/automated capping, and pressure vacuum testing before packing into heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated master cartons.
What payment terms and international trade terms (Incoterms) do you accept?
We support flexible trade terms: FOB (Tianjin / Qingdao / Ningbo / Shenzhen), CIF, CFR, and EXW. Standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit with order, 70% balance against Copy of Bill of Lading). Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for orders exceeding USD 30,000.
